Product responsible      :All current Nikon 3D Metrology system

 

Job Description &           *Support distributors

Responsibility       :          - (Joint) visits to end-users for better product PR and

                                              for better  understanding of requirements

                                            - Provide distributors/ customers with best solutions

                                            - Intermediate between distributors (or end-users) and

                                                Nikon factory

                                         * Collect market information (Customer info., Investments,

                                             Competitions, dealers, ...etc.)

                                         * Plan promotions (Show, WEB, promotion program,

                                             ...etc.) for immediate growth

                                         * Plan middle term strategy for future growth

                                         * Take appropriate actions based upon such plan and

                                               strategy

                                         * Manage team staff (Schedule, Education, ..etc.)

 

Mission                          :  * Maximize Nikon sales and profit

                                           - Large CMM xx units, LR xx units, in 2010 (example),

                                             TBD

                                         * Improve Nikon service (Customer Satisfaction)

                                           - Response to both sales and service issues within 2 days

                                              (example), TBD

                                        

Ability desired            :   * Sales/ Technical knowledge on CMM

                                         * Passion to overcome difficulties

                                         * English (Speaking, Writing)

                                         * Good Negotiator for distributors/ customers

                                         * Wide human network
